Until you find something I would suggest that you at least get a trial with a high quality program, such as Spy Sweeper. I hope you've got something running on your computer right now. I don't think this is an area you should be trying to cut corners on.

Spybot Search & Destroy .. along with Lavasoft Ad-Aware. Both will find different entries due to the way that they search the entries. Works wonders.

Spybot - Search and Destroy is one of the leading spyware programs out there!

AVG Spyware Removal Tool is also one that I use frequently!

Ad-Aware is a very great tool and removes everything that needs to be removed!

I recommend all three!
