I don't even think I understand... what is a green language?

Either way, Java's future is bright. I mean people write tools in Java so that you can write your web pages in HTML and have the tool automatically insert nice HTML, CSS and JS for you.

An evergreen plant is a plant having leaves all year round. So a evergreen item would be something that never goes out of fashion or always has a use.
