Default BGMonitor.exe on StartUp [Logs and Screenshot]

Neither SuperAntiSpyware or Malwarebites are pickinng this up. Based on what I've seen from google this program is pretty bad. Is there any way to take care of this without having to reformat the system? I've disabled BgMonitor using ccleaners Start Up function (not sure if this will do the trick)

It's not malware. It's part of Nero Scout, uninstall it.
