Did you do as I said with the system sounds? Get a registry cleaner as well and clean your registry. Or find the sound that is causing it and delete it. There is also Process Explorer. If you open that and see a weird process not in these logs post so and close it. If you cannot delete due to some program using it then figure out the program using the file in process explorer as it will be part of the report for every individual program. Honestly most aggressive way to figure it out.
EDIT: You can also try RESTARTING so that any changes that took place become in effect.
