Have you tried clearing your cache and some basic cleanup?
  • Go to Start > Control Panel > Internet Options
  • In the General tab, Temporary Internet Files, click: Delete Files
  • When prompted, check: Delete all offline content
  • You can also check: Delete Cookies
    • You will have to re-enter passwords at websites that require them.
  • Click OK
  • Then, go to Start >Run and enter: cleanmgr
  • Select the drive to clean:
  • Check the following boxes and then press OK to remove:
    • Temporary Files
    • Temporary Internet Files
    • RecycleBin
Agree to the prompt to perform the action...

If I am reading things correctly, what you are saying is Orange was your Internet Service Povider, but you have now changed to Sky and the sitebuilder and webspace, provided by Orange, is not available and/or no longer working properly.

Could this be because Orange have deleted your Account and are in the process of clearing your website from their server ?

Sounds about right.

OP have you a link to the site, we can then confirm this.

do you still pay for the site builder, or was it part of the subscription package?

The site works fine for me.

Is it just this site you cannot connect to?

if it's free it shouldn't be because you stoped being with them, maybe you should try ringing orange up and asking them about it.

It's NOT the website or orange, it's the PC causing the issue.

The site loads perfectly for me.

Maybe your best bet would be to talk directly to Orange and ask them if they have been having problems of late
