Trying to figure out whats going on by looking in Task Manager is pretty impossible. A Hijackthis log would be much more telling.

Everything in your task manager looks fine and as evil said an Hijackthis would be far more effective.
rundll32.exe is a process which executes DLL's and places their libraries into the memory,
so they can be used more efficiently by applications.
rundll32.exe should not be disabled, required for essential applications to work properly.

alg.exe is a process belonging to Microsoft Windows Operating System. It is a core process for Microsoft Windows Internet Connection sharing and Internet connection firewall. This program is important for the stable and secure running of your computer and should not be terminated.

svchost.exe is a system process belonging to the Microsoft Windows Operating System which handles processes executed from DLLs. This program is important for the stable and secure running of your computer and should not be terminated.

spoolsv.exe is a Microsoft Windows system executable which handles the printing process. This program is important for the stable and secure running of your computer and should not be terminated.

Most of these are registered as a backdoor vulnerability's so a hijack should sort the fakes from the reals if there are any
and if any more pop up this site should help

Task Manager is not much use as everyone has said, HJT is much more useful.

If you want to know actually what the processes are doing, you can try downloading Process Explorer

It is much more useful than Task Manager.

If you click on View and then Show Lower Pane and then go to View again and click on Lower Pane View and select DLLs you can see what DLLs the svchost.exe are actually running which can be useful when you get bombarded with like 10 svchost.exe.
