Default Check the temperature of my computer

I have a big problem wit my computer, it keeps on rebooting and it says that it has recovered from a serious error.
I've tried a lot of things which didn't resolve my problem.

On this forum I've found that someone had the same problem as me and someone told him to check the temperature of its computer with speedfan, I did the same but as I know very few on computers, I don't know if the results I got are positive or negative.
So here's what I got :

Does the flames mean that it's not good ?
What should I do ?

Please help me!

(Sorry if this was not the right section to post!)

what ever those temperatures they are too high for procesor or graphics card, open the pc up and check for dust, if there is any dust around the processor remove it with a copmpressed air gun if possible

You may also want to try a different temperature monitor... Speedfan can be pretty unreliable at times.

Use several different ones, and look to see if they are all stating (roughly) the same to get best results.

If temperatures are still high, you could try the following:

Checking your CPU / GPU is seated correctly in your motherboard.
Ensure your HSF is seated firmly and equally over your CPU.
Double check the thermal paste, remember, not too thick, not too thin, and make sure it is very equally spread.
Listen for the fans running, and if they happen to make any strange noises, remember them, as it could indicate a problem.
- They could be faulty.
- They may not be plugged in at all.
- They may be clogged up with dust.
Remove any excess dust, the best way is using a hoover and a can of compressed air for the tricky places. Never use water.

Hope you get it sorted
