Default Compatibility of Clubbox with Windows Vista

Hi there!
Hope you guys can help me out with a clubbox problem. I am using Windows Vista. I wonder if it is this operating system that i cannot download more than 1 files on clubbox. The first file i always can download but then second file, i click on download, it does not appear on the clubbox download engine. Then after a while, it would have this screen that says something like wanting to download the clubbox engine which i already have.....really weird. Hope you guys can help me out! thanks
