Hi not sure if this was the right place to post this or not.

I want to start either the CompTIA A+, Network+ or MCDST but I dont know which one to start with. I was going to start with the MCDST but then did some background reading and now Im not sure if it would be better for me to start with the A+ cause it sounds like it may help me in preparation for the MCDST.

Any thoughts...?

Hello,

I did a CompTIA A+ and I can definitely recommend it as a starter. It's fairly basic, but it guide you through pretty much everything - including networking. You will have some hands on as well, if you are not familiar with PC builds that might be handy!

Good Luck!

Hey, thanks for the reply. I was going to go for the A+ but then saw how much it cost. Im able to do the MCDST through my local college for £88 then the exams for £45 each so going to start that then move on to the A+ and network +.

Can anyone suggest a good Cisco course?
