Recently, I’ve been installing a bunch of old games to play and for some odd reason my computer reboots itself about five minutes into the game. Oddly enough, only games reboot. When I use resource heavy apps like Maya, my computer seems to be doing just fine.
Games that reboot: F.E.A.R. Need for Speed Carbon Splinter Cell Chaos Theory Games that don’t reboot: Broodwars Need for Speed Most Wanted Thief 3 Deadly Shadows Comp Specs: 2.15 gigahertz AMD Athlon XP 1Gb RAM Sapphire Radeon 9600 Atlantis Any insights? |

Yup. I just sprayed it with Dust Off, but my computer still reboots. I also installed SpeedFan to monitor my CUP temp. It is at 44*C.
