I guess if I could be bothered to write it in manually it'd work - it's just adding in random spaces for some reason.

Hi,

what I think is do not rely on these diagnostic sw. best thing is to get experience. that is the only way in the hardware field to be an expert. it takes time. my brother worked at a computer repair center just to get experience. he was not paid a penny. but the experience is really worth. So keep helping family and friends. Make friends who are in the same field. preferably with experts, professionals. Keep some good hand books. Do you have books? I recomend 'Learn How to Repair Computers: Get Certified in 15 Weeks' by Harry Husted who is a Computer repair expert for bizymoms.
the bitter truth is you cannot become an expert in this field overnight. what you need is hands on expertise.
