Try the FULL TEST, but dont get sidetracked to download any of the trial software, whilst you'tre there ;)

i have been doing a little repair of systems for friends and family lately and i just thought there might be a good program out there that would take all the guess work out of the little issues that pig people and cause issues with their system.

Yea, as philthomas said, pcpitstop can be a big help.

But Dave said it best, it usually just isn't that simple.
