does it really matter how we got here? i think it's fantastically funny. it's threads like this that make my day. that gave me a good laugh.

it's your prerogative whether you want to get back on topic or not. i personally don't care lol. i have what i need. coretemp functions very well it seems. and according to it, i'm hitting an average of 36-39 C idle, and about 47 or 50 at load. for instance, while playing call of duty 2, i reach about that temperature. but that's probably because my video card is holding me back. i desperately need to upgrade this poor thing. it has just about had it.

a card meant for 2 dimensional graphics, and allows for some 3d...and it's doing 3d just about constantly.....time for a new card.

now if only i had the money...

but anyway...i'm fairly sure with a new gpu, i could decrease the amount of work it's dumping on the cpu, and further decrease overall temps. better equipment, less work, less heat. better for me.

when i get up in the morning and have a "sit" something must come out if not i stay planted there until something does otherwise i think i might need to go at school and id rather keep it in my boxers that sit on them toilets, its a serious problem i keep being late for school

cew, that's not so much ocd as it is being a germaphobe. those toilets are a breeding ground for STIs, ecoli, and all kinds of nasty things. people jerk off in those restrooms. that's just plain nasty. so from that viewpoint it's understandable. only 1 in 3 people wash their hands when they finish :3. i'm a proud member of the 33%.

other OCD tendencies. windows tweaks. i can not STAND the UI that XP has. that blue and green start bar makes me want to gag.

as soon as i do a fresh XP install, i immediately download a brand new UI. i may take some criticisms, but i found a UI that makes the entire thing look and feel like vista to an extent. vista sounds, and light resemblances to the start bar and start menu.

other tendencies. i'm so bored i check my email close to like..50 times a day. hoping that maybe something might've arrived meanwhile and i can read or surf the web to entertain myself when i'm not gaming.

Gmail has one if you use google talk and yahoo has one if you use yahoo mail notifier with firefox.
I would guess others have them aswell.
Continually checking my email was a problem I had aswell.
