I highly recommend CPU-Z and use it all the time! There are a lot of programs out there that claim to do what CPU-Z but I believe it is way in front of the rest!

Yup, its so handy when your on site and need to quote a customer there and then for say a RAM upgrade... quick download and then a quick look at my online supplier and voila.
