Default Creating an installer from an installation?

At my store I use a program that was legally purchased and installed on a computer. It is designed to make signs, it is ELT PowerSuite, and the problem is simple, we never received an actually copy of the program because it was installed on the computer from when it was corporate and the office sent people out to install it. I am not the owner of the store or anything but i am the store's "computer person" my job is literally sitting a computer everyday. The problem is that the program is installed on an ancient computer. Slow as a snail. What i would like to do is take the installation of the program and compile an installer so that it can properly install on another computer. By properly i mean install without error and with full functionality.

is there a program that can look at installed programs and search for all related files and registry keys and compile an installer?

You could simply move the hard disk to a newer computer. For example, next time you upgrade one pc, don't chuck it away, use that one.
