I have used it. My disk was not heavily defragged but I am impressed with it. I like the single file/folder option.

I am a big fan of CCleaner but I have Diskeeper installed so will give this a miss.
Also I am too scared to trust Beta software with something like Defragging.

I use Diskeeper Lite on my win98 because it is about the only one compatible with 98.
Too bad this one is not 98 friendly.

I trust Piriform. They pre-beta tested it for a year or more before the beta release. It should be stable.
