Default Deleting Aol

hey guys, recently updated from the old modem to a new buffalo wbmr-g54 modem/router, i bought it just to use on my ps3 along with the desktop

anyways my query, on my desktop now i turn him on and can surf straight away as with all routers without opening up aol to connect, does this mean i can now uninstall aol without breaking my connection?

reason being, i often get pop ups (not adverts or virus related) asking me to choose my internet connection which i know is influenced by AOL

Yes you can now delete it, providing you have programmed your AOL username and password in the router?

Aye, it's a good move, AOL is very bloated.

Have AOL moved away from their network unfriendly ways now?

There was a time when you couldn't use it on more than one PC....

It seems as if there is still some AOL left on your PC.. perhaps.

Would you mind posting a Hijack This log?

Also, what happens if you just click on the AOL connection and click connect?

We have AOL before but due to switch to BT Broadband because we want to set up to Sliver Broadband and wireless and they work okay but the problem is AOL contact that they persuade us to upgrade to Gold Broadband to use Wireless and my family is furious and decide to give up the company.. and switched to BT, more problem for me to dealt!

ARRGGHH!!! BT Wireless Connection Manager is annoying but now dealting with it in other forum.

This was not really relevant to this topic. Please just start a new post in the future.

Can you also use slightly shorter sentences please
