Hi after hours of trying I found a free download to enable me to have a desktop widget clock. The only problem is that I only want it on my desktop. Once I click on internet it still remains there at the right hand side which is quite annoying. Does anybody know if i can get a widget clock "just for desktop"

There should be a setting to "Always Show" or "Always on Top" What widget is it - Give a link so we can check it out if needed.

Hmmm, I'm sort of scared to download anything from there. See here. The only one I have ever used was the Thoosje Vista sidebar for MS Windows XP and Vista. It is free and easy to use with lots of extras. The only down side is it will slow down some computers. But it is a great side bar.
