Default Download speeds

I used to be able to download albums as torrents in about 10 minutes but not its taking 1 hour + i dont no why but sometimes my download speed is at 0KB.s and its currently running at 7KB.s . Any advice please. I apologise if this is in the wrong section please move if it is, Thanks . PLEASE HELP
