I did what the thread said to do for my Acer Aspire 1500 notebook..

What do I do next? It isn't starting up past the Acer screen..

What does restoring to factory settings mean?

Supposedly it restores your acer back to the same config that it had on it the day it left the factory. It didn't work for you?
