GigaPocket sound problem

Hi, I restored my computer a long time ago, and when I did, the sound on my GigaPocket TV software was weird. The volume was very low and I would have to higher my volume from my speakers on max to hear it, I highered the volume on the software on highest. And everything else on my PC works fine when it comes to sound.
