my gramps is looking for software that you can view the earth in such detail as google earth

he has no internet access and so has no google earth.

anybody know any games/software that are currently up to date with high res images.

i suspect he'll be browsing all genres such as urban volcanic, glacial, everything so its there such on a disk?
