| Hi Everyone, I'm not the brightest star in the sky when it comes to computers, and I'm sure you've been asked this question a million times so apologies. Adobe Flash Player - Why can't I download it? I've done all the necessary things from the Adobe website and still nothing. When I get the IE toolbar saying 'Doesn't want to download Active X blah blah blah blah' I ask it to download the Active X stuff. I run Windows XP with Sophos Anti Virus. Pop up blocker is off; Java is on. I get the Flash Player icon appear, then a series of 'crawling ant' lines underneath, and then nothing. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. |

| Use the Adobe Online Uninstaller to get rid of all remnants of previous installs. Run CCleaner. Restart the computer. Then install a Fresh Version |
