i got the trial to see if i could learn photoshop, and i wana make vampire teeth. how do i do that?

You could just pencil in white for a very basic effect.

Or use on of the various area cloning tools, Alt and click to select an area of the tooth, then gradually change the size of the brush smaller and smaller as you go down, to get to a point.

With that second method it should look more realistic, because it will have the same shadow as the original tooth.

Go to deviantart, and search for vampire teeth brushes, simple :) Using the clone to wont give you a very good end result unless your pro at it. Another method without downloading something is to use the warp/liquefy tool and you could just drag the existing teeth and push and pull them into points.
