i have had real bad experience with downloading in this pack bell lappu. it downloads normally but then its nowhere to be found. i hv tried saving the downloaded file to the desktop, while it is downloading there is an icon which comes up but then immediatly after the download the icon disappears
serial no: 102207300324 os- windows vista kindly help please thanks |

software is up to date. no issues. i have also tried switching the windows firewall off as well. i do get a message that windows has blocked off some programmes sometimes. could that be anything to do with?

Have you searched your drive for the file? What are you trying to download?

i am trying to download anything. now let me tell you guys this. whatever i try to download it, it starts to download, if i have prompted to save the programme e.g in the desktop even the icon appears but then when the download finishes the icon disappears. i tried to search for it but nowhere. now what i did was to download the same file from another computer into my flash disc and then connect it to my laptop and run the programme and it installed normally no problems.
so my laptop does install new programmes it also apparently downloads but thats the problem downloaded file cant be found anywhere this is happening with any download like windows messenger, yahoo messenger, any picture .... see if this helps |
