I have an Acer Aspire 5920g laptop running Windows Vista Home Premium 32.

Up to today I have had PowerDVD9 Deluxe running successfully. Today I tried to install PowerDVD9 Ultra but I have run into problems.

After a while I uninstalled the Deluxe version and then tried to reinstall it but I get the following errors.

1. Cannot find c:\Users\Name\AppData\Local\temp\pft9D2D.tmp\PowerDVD.msi

2. Error 1076 No valid source for product PowerDVD. Windows Installer cannot continue.

3. Error 1603 Fatal error during installation. Consult Windows Installer Help (Msi.chm) or MSDN for more info.

I went to the relevant help pages but it was of little help to me - any ideas?

I have contacted Cyberlink but I am hopeful that I will get a quicker response here.

Thanks.
