Before I begin, they aren't hidden files or anything heh, and I have display hidden files and folders on anyway. So yea, here's my problem, it's a bit strange:

All of a sudden, in my music folder, all my songs after those beginning with "T" have disappeared. They don't show up in the folder and in the status bar it shows that there are 6514 files in the folder, and there should be 7205. Folder properties says the same thing. Now, here's the kicker, they ARE there. I can open them if I directly target them in the address bar, and I can still play them in iTunes. So what's going on? :(

Thx.

edit: I'm using winXP

ok.. strange. anyways in your music folder try going to tools, folder options, view then untick 'hide protected operating system files', ignore the warning message and click OK. if this dosent work make sure you re-enable 'hide protected operating system files'.
