Ip adress and server port number ??

I had look all over but i can't find my server port number and my ip adress ??

Some of my friend have told me that if i click ctrl + R so there come a box up where i should write CMD and so there came DOS up, and the lastet thing i should do is white Ip config, but is write that it not could do what i asked for when i write '' ip config''

Some one there could help my whit my problem

I don't follow what you mean.
Go start, run. Type cmd and press enter.
At the command prompt, type ip config and press enter.
