Hi - I have got a laptop with vista op system, turned the thin on one day and it would not show any videos ie youtube bbc Iplayer etc - I was getting a message ENABLE JAVA TO WATCH VIDEO when I checked it was already enabled, so I deleted and re installed java - NOTHING still the same message ENABLE JAVA this has been going on for 2 months now!! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!"£$

Try it in a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox. If it happens in that then you have a serious problem but YouTube videos use Flash player, not Java..

Install flash player instead of JAVA and still doesn't work use another browse.
