Drivers are basically software that tells windows how the hardware in you PC should operate. Is good to keep them up to date.

You probably shouldn't worry too much unless you have a problem, or your into high end games.

yes , it's best to update them as much as you can. Some times you're Hardware can use a higher driver then what's installed. It's best to check things like this out to optimize computer speed and power.

How about trying to upadate drivers but my Antivirus rejects it?

If you are using genuine drivers from a manufactures website then disable your anti-virus, re-enable it when you are done.
