I live in spain and want to buy a new computer. They all have windows in spanish. My old comp has win xp in english. Can I add the hard drive from this to the new comp. Do I have to format the new comp to remove the spanish system and install a new winxp. or can I copy the old HD onto the new :?:

If you swap the hard drives than the computer probably wont boot up as it will have 100's of wrong drivers installed.

Spanish windows is identical to English, just find your way into the language settings and change them, its really simple.
