Looking for Email Software Tha Works Like Tigertext Does for Secure Texting

I am working at a medical office, and they have asked me to do some research into secure emailing.

We are using Tigertext to do HIPAA compliant text messaging.

Tigertext is a mobile device app that let's you use a secure network, to send text messages which deleted themselves after a certain period of time. This allows doctors and admin to do HIPAA complaint text messaging without having to worry about a HIPAA fine or lawsuit.

Now they asked me to see is there is a simple and cost effective software that they can use with PC and BYOD where the emails are on a secure network and will delete themselves after a certain amount of time.

Anyone know of such software?

Yeah - have a look at something called Vault (pretty sure that's it!). I have little-to-no experience with it myself, but I know someone that worked with it to set it up for a client, he said it seemed pretty robust.
