Default Looking for a good freeware backup utility

My graphics card has been going out (I hate PNY), and I'm worried in general about catastrophic failure (ala my PSU blows up, or I have to use another computer and don't have my data, etc)

I also have a huge stack of DVDs and two burners. Does anyone know of a backup utility that's lightweight, lets me select a few folders I want to back up, then just prompts me to insert disks and does everything else automated?

I'll be burning maybe 30GB of data.

Not of the top of my head.

What DVD burning software do you have? I think Nero lets you burn data over multiple disks, maybe even supporting two drives simultaneously.

Nero came with my DVD drives but apparently it's a trial version or something. I care more about the "set and forget" aspect than the multiple drive aspect..I guess I'll just keep looking around the net.
