Default Looking for a panic-key type software

hi, i'm looking for a simple, panic-key type program where I can press a button (ex. F6) and a picture that i want fills up the entire screen. I know good programs like "Taskbar Hide", but these are a bit more complex than i want it. So basically, i press a button and a picture pops up (ex. picture of firefox with cnn.com), then just goes away when i let go of the key.
Any ideas? lol plz Dont ask me why I need it
