There are plenty of animated desktop downloads, the problem is they are often packed with everything from spyware to virus and trojans. My advice is to stay away from them.

If you do find one you might want to check it out real good. Run the file through www.virustotal.com before installing it.

i agree i spent days looking for one they had virus or were too heavy on memory and made pc very slow..however i did sort of made one my own and discovered it my mistake . i made a gif picture -moving
set it as my background and it worked. i no a website that will let u make one for free but am not sure if i am alowed to post it on here

Create a moving web page on your PC then set it as a full screen desktop object.
