 My Computer Won't Let Me Upload Update Software/updates

I need quick help, i have a problem with my Full till poker site, when i click onto the icon to enter it up pops New software, click to install.
So i click on OK and it starts to download but have never completed installation, up pops problem decompressing archive, ...

Yes, it works fine.
Had a mate download the software then transfer it to my computer. |
