My Computer Won't Let Me Upload Update Software/updates

I need quick help, i have a problem with my Full till poker site, when i click onto the icon to enter it up pops New software, click to install.
So i click on OK and it starts to download but have never completed installation, up pops problem decompressing archive, please try again later.
This does not able me to upload the new software there fore i can't enter this site.

Can anyone help me please.

Yes, it works fine.
Had a mate download the software then transfer it to my computer.
