Hi all

My system often hangs and it is running very slow. Some one gave me a phone number for some company.

But i am confused weather i should go for the services of this company or not ? so want Guidance from you guys.

Hanging or freezing could be overheating, check your internal fans and clean them of all the dust.

Slow Pc could be malware/spyware or viruses follow the instructions in this post and start a topic in the virus forum if in doubt.

Yeah, as Dave said. I expect it is malware.

Whatever you do don't ring that number. It will cost a fortune and you can get better help right here on the forums.
