Honestly, I don't know what this is. I took various screen shots and put them in the same picture.
 Seems harmless but I freeze my monitor blacks out and I can't have any games running or else it will completely freeze my computer to the point where I have to restart it. Since I pursue a career in animation, this is a big deal. An idea of what this is will greatly help. Please and thank you. |

Looks like the video card is going out on you.
Time for a new one most likely.

The most recent things I've done was I accidentally put my paint program in full screen. Then the lines showed up. The fan seems to be at proper speed and nothing is bulging.
