hi i went on a site to try and find out how to block my IP Address, and it replied

"Your Proxy Server is High Anonymous or you don't use proxy"

what does that mean, does it mean i cant be traced, and is good, or is it poor and i need to do something to stop people getting into my computer,

please help if you can

I am horrible at explaining these things so bear with me.

That means you are doing the most you can and in most cases you will be OK.

An aggressive hacker will have tools to defeat almost any security you have in place. Even Microsoft web pages have been hacked.

Use a good Firewall.

You can also use a Free Anonymous Proxy Server to ensure you are not seen.
