hey. i'm sorry if this question is in the wrong place but i just have a couple question and could really appericate some help please.

first off my computer has be just reseting its self. i'll be working on something then it goes to a blue screen and says dumping files. i dont know how to stop this. i ran a virus scan but it shows no viruses. any ideas??

next i was just gonna reset the whole thing back to its orginal settings but its not recognizing my e:drive... please help me with this...

Give details of your setup.Hardware/software etc.
Could be hardware failure,could be overheating,could be a virus,who knows.

memory stick, mp3 player etc, whats the e drive used for
