Default newbie finds problem with a new download

i am trying to download a free software but it is driviing me mad. i been trying for a less 2 hours

[SIZE=2]i didnt get the registation key and also the download didnt ask for my email address. i have been trying for hours to access into the photo plus 6. it seems like i have downloaded it but every time i access it , i go through alot of stages but after i finish i go through an other stage. i go through 2 stages and its like a continueious circle. [/SIZE]

i appreciate your advice on getting it to work. thank you

Well I was interested so I downloaded it. Went fine but I still have not received a registration key either.

Let me know, I have some good free photo programs you can look into. Although Serif is good also, but hey if they cant get the registration right you can't use it.

there was no where for me to put an email address. i wanted to. i must be doing something wrong.

where is the place they ask for email address.

i downloaded it but it didnt ask me for my email.

every time i open it , it ask me to run or cancel. of course i press run.

then is asks me do i want to completely remove the selected application of all its componants. i press no it doesnt do any thing. i press yes then it says maintance finish.

then i press run.

it then says well come to install sheiled wizard

then i press next

licence agreement and i press yes.

it says user name ken

company name lucky star

then it say which folder

next

it brings up user informatin, desination directory, componants( basicly to confirm the info i typed in.

next
insheildwizardcomplete

finish.

the process continues and continues, its the same over and over again

Pretty odd, you could go to add/remove programs and see if it was installed, if so uninstall it from there and then try a new download.

I would move on, if they can't get installing it right, no telling what bugs might be in the program itself.

Well what you need to do, once you have installed it (installshield complete) is go to the start menu and look for a shortcut to it. When you run the program for the first time, you should get a dialog asking you to enter your e-mail for the registation code.

I used to use this, but it messed a whole load of settings up, so I uninstalled it.
