i joined a forum saying
width can be no greater than 100 pixels
height no greater than 100 pixels
file size no more than 20 KB

they said you might have to resize your picture.
programs i have are:
hp photosmart essentials
hp photosmart premier
hp solution center
will any off these do.

lol just kidding, you should try this program i have found it to be very usefull and it intergrates into windows for quick and easy image resizing!! http://www.vso-software.fr/products/image_resizer/

Just scroll down the page and select the option you want.

Or just go to
1. Click Start
2. Click Run
3. Type in MSpaint
4. Press Ok.

Then enter your picture in paint and select Image > Stretch/Skew and enter the dimensions you want, then File > Save As it is good to also select the drop down and select to save as a JPEG

but the program is more convienient and faster, espesially for multiple conversions
