i download a software but it cant run. as my desktop looks a bit messy. i am new to computers.

the program or thing on my desktop is called document viewer. it looks like its half down loaded or something.

i brought a product on the internet. one is a management software and the second is a wed template software to create my own web. that is the reason for downloading the free programs. if not i wont beable to see it. what should i do

What is the name of the program you are trying to use and are you trying to uninstall it?

hi i just sorted the problem out yes!!!!!

i called the company which is in amercia and they told me what to do step by step. the software is different from uk and amercia or something . its all sorted out now
