Default Please help me to recover deleted photos and video clips

Hi all,

I'm new to this forum so please forgive me if this question has already been asked!

I'm really hoping that someone out there can help. I have managed to delete some of my precious photos and video clips and cannot retrieve them. After doing some research I should be able to recover them using a recovery program for hard drive.

Has anyone got such a program and if so would you please be willing to email this to me?

Many thanks

I have used a program called Handy Recovery.

Google it, think there is a free trial on their website.

I have only used it once so am not to clued up on how the software fully functions.

I use Iolo Search and Recover 4, it sounds like exactly what you need.

Through one reason or another my boss lost 4 years worth of family pictures and work documents (excel and word based) of his laptop.

Iolo recovered over 1200 shots and over 200 documents. It's all automatic, just click 'go' :D. It also recovered the jpegs not just the temporary .Gif files.

In my experience the freebies are pretty much useless in comparison, because free trials are out there with a view to you purchasing the software afterwards so they'll not give you all the features of the full program, just a taster. If they did then you'd not need to buy the full program would you. I'm not saying they're all lousy, there may be some good freeware ones out there, but take into account all the hassle of searching.

You can also install Iolo on upto 3 pc's.
