Default Poor attempt at rebooting system!

I foolishly tried to fix my Mom's Dell by myself and made it even worse. We've had problems with it before and she doesn't keep any files on it, so last time I just reinstalled Windows...just started over. Well, I tried to do that this time and now the computer is telling me that there are no network drivers attached for us to get online. We have Comcast high speed, if that helps. I have all of the system disks (I think) and can follow directions well, if anyone can offer some suggestions.

Thanks so much!
