You will need to know how to program, however there might be programs out there that is more of a wizard, however that will give you very limited results. But if you are wanting this so you can have work editors etc for free, you could get open office, which is compatable with microsoft office, but is free.

If you want to make programs, you need to learn to program. Java or C++ or Visual Basic etc.

But yes, it is possible. How do you think the other programs are made?

Google is your friend. I'm not going to go spelling everything out until you at least figure some stuff out for yourself.

Once you know what programming is, we can help you with deciding what language you want to learn etc.

Programming is about as complex you can get with computers because you have to know how everything else happens with computers.

But, I'm not saying you can't learn, just be prepared for a long long journey.

Learning to get rid of malware is hard, trust me, I am learning.

Programming is another thing altogether. I would say much more difficult.

It also depends on what sort of programming you want to do. PHP can be learnt quite quickly for website development as can Visual basic. Java or C is much more difficult.
