So I just downloaded google chrome onto my computer because of the recent problems with internet explorer. Now, while I was downloading it a message popped up that said that a trojan virus was being downloaded with it. I decided to allow the action anyways, but I'm kind of concerned about this so is there anything to worry about or is there some way to check to see if my computer is at risk?

You shouldn't have allowed it. You probably have a trojan now... Follow the steps in the malware removal guide:

Can't I just do a system recovery?

Never mind, I ran CCleaner. Do you want me to analyze the results or do I move on to the next step?

A system recovery won't work... Yes, you should post the 3 logs from the guide, then someone from the malware team can analyse them and help you.

Alright thanks, do you know how long it will take to get the logs and how fast I can expect a reply from someone from the malware team?

You will get the logs when the scans are finished. The time for that will depend how fast your computer is. The malware team shouldn't be long.

I ran SUPERAntiSpyware but it said no harmful programs were found.

I'm going to go ahead and start Anti-Malware.
