Question about the boot sequence

Ok guys I have a dumb question for you. I just got my new system up and running and now when I boot up I get a message saying floppy drive failed hit F1 to continue. How can I fix this so I dont have to hit F1 to finish booting up. Thanks Ed

How would I go about this? I went into the boot screen and set the hard drive as the first but it still does it.

All bios's are different, somewhere there will be options for your floppy drive, disable it.

Ok, so just disable it and it will stop doing that then?

Its under Integrated Peripherals, and is called Onboard FDC Controller

I found it guys, I had to go into 2 screens to find it and disable it completly but now I dont have to hit the F1 button anymore.
