Any registry tool is dangerous and we do not recommend their use on these forums. Furthermore there are free solutions to almost all software so there is no need to buy any cleaner. See here. Trusted security tools & resources

Do regular maintenance, disk cleanup, disk defrag and virus/malware scans and you should be in good shape. Using a registry cleaner will not give you any noticeable difference in performance and there is always a risk of one leaving your computer unbootable.
