I have been using Roboform but I may have converted myself to a new tool. https://lastpass.com/ It has all of the feature as Roboform but the way LastPass works is much better. Easily transferred all of my RoboForm passwords over. (I did have to do some work in re-sorting them into folders) FF & IE. Windows & Mac. Online management so you can sync multiple PC's. It sets in the Menu bar instead of being an entire toolbar. Doesn't run as a Task! I will be living with two password managers for a few more days as I'm still figuring LastPass out but am happy so far and will probebly be using it full time. It is a Beta, second RC, but seems very stable.

so tell me, whats the point of a password manager? Does it remember a bunch of passwords for different sites? if so, then what is the point of having different passwords in the first place?

I've seen that and it looks very useful. I just don't have a use for it. But if I ever do it's what I would use.
